Content: Location: Houston, TX | Field-Based | Travel Within Texas Division 27 Communications | Division 28 Electronic Safety & Security Binyod LLC is looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Project Manager to lead the technical execution of low-voltage projects across Texas. This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who understands how to take an approved scope, drawings, specifications, and submittals and turn them into a safe, standards-compliant, fully tested and commissioned system. Your responsibilities will include: • Reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, bills of material, and project requirements and converting them into practical field execution plans • Planning technical work, sequencing, site surveys, material requirements, testing, and coordination points • Leading and providing technical direction to Technicians, Foremen, and Installers • Coordinating pathways, cabling, terminations, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning • Performing first-line QA/QC and ensuring installations meet drawings, specifications, code, manufacturer requirements, and Binyod standards • Identifying field conflicts and preparing clear RFIs, photos, markups, dimensions, and recommended solutions • Identifying and documenting scope deviations before additional work proceeds • Coordinating technical interfaces with customers, general contractors, Design, MSP/Service teams, manufacturers, vendors, and other trades • Managing technical punch-list items and corrective work • Leading system programming, configuration, certification testing, functional testing, and commissioning • Providing client system orientation and operational training • Completing technical closeout documentation, including test results, redlines, device information, programming backups, photos, warranty information, and other required records • Reviewing technical reporting and time-card accuracy • Enforcing safe work practices and stopping unsafe or technically compromised work Systems You Will Work With We are looking for strong experience across low-voltage systems, including: • Structured cabling • CCTV / video surveillance • Access control • Networking and voice/data infrastructure Experience with additional Division 27 or Division 28 systems such as AV, paging, intercom, wireless, intrusion detection, clocks, or integrated electronic security systems is highly valued. What We Are Looking For Required qualifications include: • Demonstrated mastery of low-voltage systems • Strong ability to read and execute from contracts, specifications, drawings, risers, schematics, details, submittals, and manufacturer documentation • Hands-on experience with terminations, racks/head-end build-outs, testing equipment, system configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical closeout • At least 2 years of successful field leadership or documented responsibility for a crew or complete technical scope • Ability to plan technical work, identify constraints, prepare RFIs, document deviations, and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders • Strong safety judgment and field decision-making ability • Reliable documentation and reporting habits • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel within Texas as assigned • Ability to work in active construction environments, including ladders, lifts, equipment rooms, and field conditions Preferred Qualifications Additional consideration will be given to candidates with: • BICSI certifications • OSHA 30 • Lift certifications • Access-control or video-surveillance manufacturer certifications • Networking or AV certifications • Experience with K-12, public-sector, commercial, or multi-site projects • Experience with estimating, material takeoffs, labor planning, client training, and service transition • Experience mentoring technicians into leadership positions • Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities Compensation Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical skill set, leadership capabilities, certifications, and overall fit for the position. We recognize that strong candidates bring different levels of experience and expertise. The interview process will give us an opportunity to better understand your background, capabilities, and the level of responsibility you are prepared to take on. A compensation package will be discussed based on that evaluation. What Success Looks Like at Binyod Our Filed Project Managers are expected to lead quality into the work from the beginning. That means identifying problems before they create rework, making sure crews understand the approved method and acceptance standard, maintaining strong documentation, protecting project labor and schedule, and ensuring systems are properly tested and commissioned before turnover. We value leaders who take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly, develop their teams, and protect customer trust. If you have strong low-voltage technical experience and are ready to take ownership of project execution from the field through commissioning and closeout, we'd like to hear from you. We need to produce sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred?), Skills (maybe systems you will work with?), Benefits (none), Pay (compensation info), Schedule (none). We must only include sections with real specific content. So we need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: we have introductory paragraph(s) describing role. That's content. - Responsibilities: we have bullet list under "What Will You Own". That's responsibilities. - Requirements: we have "What We Are Looking For" required qualifications. That's requirements. - Qualifications: we have "Preferred Qualifications". That's qualifications. - Skills: we have "Systems You Will Work With". That's skills/experience. - Benefits: none mentioned. So skip. - Pay: we have Compensation section. It says compensation will be determined based on experience etc. That's specific? It says compensation will be discussed based on evaluation. It's not a specific number but it's still content about compensation. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). The compensation text says "Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical skill set, leadership capabilities, certifications, and overall fit for the position." That's somewhat generic but not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It's similar but maybe considered filler. However it's still some info: they will discuss based on evaluation. Might be considered placeholder. The rule says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is similar. I'd lean to omit Pay section because it's not specific. But we could include it if we think it's substantive. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe omit Pay. - Schedule: none. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Now we need to format with

headings and appropriate
  • for lists,

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to include location? The location line "Houston, TX | Field-Based | Travel Within Texas" is substantive. Should we include it? It's not a heading but could be part of About the role paragraph. We can include it in a

maybe. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The job title is "Field Project Manager". Not to be used as heading. We need to drop Job ID etc. Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML. Structure:
