Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the cross-functional Nile team to create & execute field and partner marketing event plans and programs aligned to defined KPIs with the goals of optimizing program performance to ensure pipeline/lead targets are met.
- Partner on the development of designs, physical spaces, and unique content built for awareness and demand gen with approved vendors and team members.
- Align marketing with sales to ensure marketing campaigns and events are synchronized with sales strategy, corporate goals, and priorities.
- Should be self-starter capable of organizing high-touch engagements for C-level executives as well as technology practitioners.
- Identify measures of success and provide regular updates on performance metrics via SFDC dashboard reports and post-mortem analysis.
- Work with field and channel sales to develop and execute regional marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Operations, SDRs and Sales on activity lead flow to ensure the sales channels are supporting marketing event/campaign leads proactively.
- Maintain program budgets and quarterly partner MDF distribution with a creative ability to manage funds frugally for highest ROI.
- Run data analysis from past industry vertical events and customer/regional events to determine future investment options.
- Assist with the Nile company store and purchasing of promotional materials, in addition to event logistics/shipping of show materials.
- Partner on the research, selection, negotiation and management of vendors and services supporting related marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency of corporate message throughout each specific event.
- Secure speakers for events, overseeing the creation/completion of content material.
Qualifications
- 8+ years working within the channel and field marketing field.
- Preferred marketing experience within enterprise security, IT networking and/or cloud software categories.
- Experience crafting, building, and implementing B2B channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience in defining and executing virtual, offline / regional events and conferences.
- Experience managing field marketing events and post-event outreach specifically in the US.
- Proven experience in developing collaborative relationships with field sales.
- Prior experience with marketing automation platforms (ex. HubSpot/Eloqua/Marketo), CRM tools (SFDC), and related digital marketing stack platforms (Drift/6 Sense).
- Planning and project management skills with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in data and analytics including budget management.
- Experience crafting annual/bi-annual rolling field & partner marketing plans.
- Experience in measuring and explaining campaign results and investment returns.
- Open to 15-20% travel as part of marketing activities.
- Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, and in-person / virtual presentation skills.

Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. The ideal candidate will be located in the Bay area, CA.
