Field Ops Supervisor - HVAC

Role And Responsibilities

Aid the Service Manager in overseeing all HVAC field personnel for MSS in your designated region/office.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC service (commercial, healthcare, industrial).
• Proven leadership record.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to take initiative and achieve results.

Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching, and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. and constant lifting to 25 lbs., placing this position in the very heavy physical demand classification (PDC).

Material Handling: May frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and lift up to 25 lbs., placing this position in a heavy physical demand classification (PDC).

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Must successfully pass a background check & drug test.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
