What You Will Do

• Operate Class 8 tractors and 53' trailers for hub-to-hub transports and maintenance shuttling.
• Safeguard equipment safety by conducting expert-level DOT inspections and making necessary repairs before vehicles hit the road.
• Mentor new drivers on GeoTab, E-Logs, dispatch procedures, and terminal protocols.
• Support designated terminals by managing tractor keys, organizing customer documentation, and ensuring fleet readiness.
• Ensure operational precision and serve as a safety leader, conducting pre/post-trip inspections and handling trailer door operations.

Who are you?

• An expert pilot with 2+ years of experience in the last 36 months pulling 53' trailers.
• Technically savvy with comfort in In-Cab tech, GPS, and E-Logs.
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as cranking landing gears, inspecting under trailers, and handling trailer doors daily.
• Safety-obsessed with a thorough understanding of FMCSA regulations and adherence to the highest professional standards.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Up-to-date Medical Card.
• Ability to pull, reach, bend, and climb as required for pre/post-trip inspections and coupling.
• Strong communication skills to keep Dispatch and Operations in the loop.

Pay

The base pay for this role is set at $72,600.00 - $89,700.00 annually, with a competitive package including:
