About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect our systems from cyber threats.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our IT operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT operations or system administration.
- Experience with network management tools such as SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and Nagios.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSL/TLS protocols.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
