Field Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate day-to-day field operations for roofing and exterior construction projects.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, field teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor job-site activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
  • Affiliate with identifying and resolving field issues and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Apply knowledge of roofing products and installation practices; siding knowledge is a plus.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery as needed.
  • Perform physical labor and assist with field activities when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and project information.
  • Manage priorities and schedules effectively to support timely project completion.
  • Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and continuous professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • OSHA knowledge or training; OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of roofing products and materials.
  • Siding product knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and job-site machinery.
  • Ability to perform physical labor when required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and dedicated work ethic.
  • Coachable with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Active listening skills.

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
