Field Operations Recruiter (Contract)

About the role

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a Field Operations Recruiter for a contract position (up to 6 months). Although the role is remote, candidates who live in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, South Carolina, and Florida are preferred because some travel to various locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting (sourcing through offer) for corporate and Field Operations positions (plant leaders, site managers, supervisors, and technical)
• Work closely with Hiring Managers in different regions to understand hiring needs
• Manage up to 40 open requisitions while maintaining a "white glove" experience for candidates
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team
• Identify areas of improvement within recruiting processes
• Prioritize critical needs and provide regular updates to team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines, including Corporate
• Experience working in an ATS system, especially Avature, is required
• Experience recruiting for Operations, Manufacturing, field-based, or other fast-paced environments is required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong sourcing skills
• Comfortable managing high-volume recruiting
