About the Company
Dragon Energy is a vertically integrated geothermal energy company. We design, drill, and deliver complete ground-source systems that transform a building's heating and cooling load into a long-term asset. By owning the full stack, we solve the entire problem rather than one piece of it, all while building lasting relationships as the partner who sees it through end to end. We work alongside HVAC contractors, builders, and property owners to make geothermal heating and cooling more accessible and scalable across Virginia and beyond. We offer competitive pay, a growing benefits package, and a work environment where experience is respected, input is valued, and the team looks out for one another.
