The Field Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate field operations in Virginia, focusing on the Richmond metro area. The role involves leading teams, managing job logistics, coordinating with partners, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage field operations teams
• Manage job logistics and ensure timely project completion
• Coordinate with project partners and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard
• Make sound decisions under pressure and own the outcome
• Lead by example and provide strong field judgment

Requirements

• Experience leading or directing teams
• Background in subsurface drilling technologies (geothermal, water well, geotechnical, environmental, or oil & gas)
• Strong field judgment and ability to operate independently
• A drilling license to operate in Virginia (support provided if needed)
