About the role

As a Field Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations in the field, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. You will manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project execution from start to finish
  • Manage and mentor field staff
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Resolve on-site issues and emergencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule
