Field Operations Manager
Job Summary
PureGrid Electrical is seeking a Field Operations Manager with a blend of industrial experience and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between the project management team and the field, overseeing project execution, safety, and schedule.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the critical link between Project Managers and the field, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on nationwide industrial electrical projects.
- Direct, mentor, and train a growing field team of over 37 personnel, establishing clear reporting lines and structure.
- Take the lead on developing, implementing, and enforcing standardized field procedures and operating processes to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Review constructible designs and coordinate field execution with engineers, owners, and construction teams.
- Leverage modern construction software suites to track project health, manage field budgets, and streamline purchasing coordination.
- Balance time between corporate operational strategy (70%) and traveling to active project sites (30%) to review progress and support field crews.
Requirements
- ~10 years of construction field leadership experience, preferably as a General Superintendent or Field Superintendent.
- Deep expertise in medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work, with a comprehensive understanding of major equipment power distribution and complex equipment installations.
- Experience utilizing basic construction software suites, with hands-on experience in Procore being a major plus.
- Exceptionally personable with a proven track record of mentoring, training, and managing large, diverse field crews (37+ team members).
- Practical experience with field budgeting and coordinating labor/material deployment for complex industrial facilities.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide.
- Based out of Dallas, TX.
