Field Operations Manager
Job Summary
PureGrid Electrical is seeking a Field Operations Manager with a blend of industrial-grade grit and strong organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical link between the project management team and the field, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on nationwide industrial electrical projects.

This position requires a self-starter who values safety and schedule above all else, someone who can take the bull by the horns to implement efficient field processes, and someone who takes pride in delivering clean, constructible solutions on-site.

Necessary Qualifications
- ~10 years of construction field leadership experience, preferably as a General Superintendent or Field Superintendent.
- Deep expertise in medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work, with a comprehensive understanding of major equipment power distribution and complex equipment installations.
- Experience utilizing basic construction software suites, with hands-on experience with Procore being a major plus.
- Exceptionally personable with a proven track record of mentoring, training, and managing large, diverse field crews (37+ team members).
- Practical experience with field budgeting and coordinating labor/material deployment for complex industrial facilities.

Travel & Location
Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide.
