PureGrid Electrical is seeking a Field Operations Manager with a blend of industrial experience and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the project management team and the field, overseeing project execution, safety, and schedules.

Necessary Qualifications

• ~10 years of construction field leadership experience
• Strong background as a General Superintendent or Field Superintendent
• Deep expertise in medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work
• Comprehensive understanding of major equipment power distribution and complex equipment installations
• Experience utilizing basic construction software suites
• Hands-on experience with Procore
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and procurement/purchasing software
• Exceptionally personable with a proven track record of mentoring, training, and managing large, diverse field crews
• Practical experience with field budgeting and coordinating labor/material deployment for complex industrial facilities
• Ability to travel up to 30% nationwide
