Field Operations Manager

Mosaic North America · Myrtle Point, OR · 1 mo ago
Management$65k–$80k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes "Why Mosaic?" and "About Us". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Why Mosaic? (intro) could be "About the role"? Actually "Why Mosaic?" is more about company culture. Could be "About the role" maybe not. But we can create a section like "About Mosaic" or "Why Mosaic?" but they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can choose appropriate headings. We have responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits mentioned, pay range, schedule (flexible hours, travel). Also we have "About Us" but that's boilerplate? It includes equal opportunity etc which we should remove as boilerplate. The "About Us" includes equal opportunity statement which is boilerplate; we should remove. The "Why Mosaic?" paragraph is substantive about culture; we could put under a heading like "About the role" or maybe "Overview". But they said use headings e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can use "About the role" for the introductory paragraph. Responsibilities: we have a big list; we need to put each bullet as
  • inside
. The responsibilities are separated by paragraphs but we can treat each sentence as a list item? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert the responsibilities into a list. Likely each distinct duty is a bullet. We'll parse the responsibilities paragraph: It's a long paragraph with multiple sentences separated by periods. We'll split into logical duties. Responsibilities text: "Field Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, coach, and develop a dispersed field team, setting clear performance standards and holding associates accountable for sales, in-store execution, and behavioral expectations.Conduct in-store behavioral assessments and observational visits; deliver structured feedback to associates, the Client Solutions Manager, and client field leadership.Administer performance counseling and corrective action in partnership with HR, and maintain accurate personnel records covering sales performance, assessments, and documented performance conversations.Ensure associates have the tools, resources, product knowledge, and support needed to meet program and client goals.Act as a change agent, championing program initiatives and monitoring implementation through to sustained execution. Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Training Partner with Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to interview, select, and onboard field personnel on schedule.Deliver and reinforce field training, including client product knowledge, in-store expectations, and Mosaic policies; monitor training completion and certification compliance.Drive retention through consistent onboarding, recognition, and development; track and address turnover.Manage the off-boarding process with HR and Payroll so that separations are timely, compliant, and documented. Field Operations & Process Management Execute the client-agreed field strategy through territory design, scheduling, and coverage management.Monitor scheduling daily, approve in-store time claims and expenses, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.Build, document, and continuously improve field processes and best practices, and contribute to the program playbooks and SOPs that allow Mosaic to spin programs up and down quickly.Monitor reporting and compliance against Mosaic and client standards, including audits of in-store execution.Balance priorities across assigned programs, adapting processes and staffing to each program's scale and stage. Client & Stakeholder CollaborationServe as the field-level contact for client field management teams in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.Aggregate and deliver written and verbal field insights to the client and the Client Solutions Manager, covering staffing, turnover, retention, compliance, and development opportunities.Collaborate with Operations, Onboarding, HR, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting to deliver on client needs and requests, and escalate risks to field performance or the client experience to the Client Solutions Manager with recommended solutions. Reporting & InsightsTrack field KPIs (staffing, turnover, retention, training compliance, sales performance, in-store execution) and produce recurring reports for the client and internal leadership.Use scorecards and dashboards to surface trends, gaps, and coaching priorities, and recommend actions. Fiscal ManagementUnderstand program profitability drivers; manage field labor hours, overtime, travel, and expenses within budget.Support the Client Solutions Manager on labor forecasting and staffing models balancing coverage and revenue.Other duties as assigned." We need to split into list items. Could group by headings but we just need a list. We'll create
          with each sentence as
        • . Ensure we keep all info. Qualifications: similar list. Benefits: they mention "We offer great benefits: competitive pay, performance bonus, benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, HSA/FSA, paid time off, and more." So we have benefits list. Pay: Salary Range: $65000.00 - $80000.00 Schedule: Must be available to work flexible hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to travel for in-store visits and program launches as needed; travel is typically less than 25%. Also valid driver's license etc. That's schedule? Actually schedule includes flexible hours and travel. We'll put schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "About Us" etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
