Responsibilities
- Track fielded assets and manage proposal writing and budgets
- Cook up training and demonstrations for multiple customers internationally
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety standards
- Identify operational deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with various departments on planning and execution
- Develop and monitor training plans and policies
- Aid in creating operator manuals and training tools
- Plan and execute dynamic schedules to meet customer demands
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Engineering or Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Unmanned Aircraft Systems or Tactical Missile Systems operational use and training
- 3+ years of formal instructor experience
- Military leadership experience in relevant fields is preferred
- Must be able to obtain a Secret and likely a Top-Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status required
