Responsibilities
- Aid in the installation of sensors, devices, and monitoring systems at client facilities.
- Configure equipment according to client specifications and ensure proper functionality.
- Perform tests and inspections to confirm proper operation of installed systems.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, including diagrams, client feedback, and inventory of used equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, provide updates, and train them on the use of installed equipment as needed.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues that arise during installations.
- Maintain and manage tools and equipment required for installations, reporting any issues or needs for replacement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous work experience in field service, technical support, or related role preferred.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license required to support up to 40% travel for onsite installations, service visits, and customer support.
