This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute medical strategy for assigned customers in specified territories
  • Maintain knowledge of malignant hematology and the company medicines for stakeholder education
  • Serve as a medical information resource, sharing insights with HCPs and the company
  • Contribute to medical content strategy development and align Field Medical tactics
  • Communicate effectively via various channels, enhancing patient-centric medical communications
  • Provide medical content and support for HCP inquiries following compliance guidelines
  • Identify potential trial sites, particularly for under-represented populations in clinical trials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
  • 5+ years of PharmD/PhD experience, or 7+ years with MBA/MSc, or 8+ years for BA/BSc
  • Recognized subject matter expertise in malignant hematology
  • Current residency in AZ, UT, NV, NM, preferably Phoenix/Scottsdale
  • Experience managing projects in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent prioritization and judgment

Pay

$176,600 – $294,300 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
