This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute medical strategy for assigned customers in specified territories
- Maintain knowledge of malignant hematology and the company medicines for stakeholder education
- Serve as a medical information resource, sharing insights with HCPs and the company
- Contribute to medical content strategy development and align Field Medical tactics
- Communicate effectively via various channels, enhancing patient-centric medical communications
- Provide medical content and support for HCP inquiries following compliance guidelines
- Identify potential trial sites, particularly for under-represented populations in clinical trials
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science required
- 5+ years of PharmD/PhD experience, or 7+ years with MBA/MSc, or 8+ years for BA/BSc
- Recognized subject matter expertise in malignant hematology
- Current residency in AZ, UT, NV, NM, preferably Phoenix/Scottsdale
- Experience managing projects in a remote environment, demonstrating excellent prioritization and judgment

Pay
$176,600 – $294,300 annually
