We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Who We Are", "The Role", "Key Responsibilities", "Who You Are", "Who You Are Required Qualifications", "Prefered Qualifications", "Being You", "What You Can Expect", "Get Referred!". We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's a line about vaccination policy - that's substantive? It's about policy; maybe keep as part of "Who You Are" or separate? It's not a standard heading; we could include under "About the role" or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information". But only allowed headings are those listed; we cannot create new headings. So we need to fit content into those categories. We have: - About the role: could include "Who We Are" and "The Role" description. - Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities". - Requirements: "Who You Are Required Qualifications" (maybe also "Who You Are" preceding? but that is more about candidate traits). Could treat "Who You Are" as part of Requirements? Actually "Who You Are" is a description of desired traits, could be under Requirements or Skills. We'll decide. - Qualifications: maybe separate Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. - Skills: maybe include abilities like data, insights, AI tools, etc. - Benefits: "What You Can Expect" includes benefits, learning programs, volunteering, etc. - Pay: not mentioned, so omit. - Schedule: not mentioned, omit. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So only include sections where we have content. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details as they appear, but we can format them into
  • for lists,

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Field Marketing Senior Lead – Business Development". Not to be used as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's a line about vaccination policy - not boilerplate? It's a policy statement; we keep. There's also "Get Referred!" which is application instruction? It's about referral; maybe considered application instruction? It says "Get Referred! If you know someone that works at Kyndryl, when asked ‘How Did You Hear About Us’ during the application process, select ‘Employee Referral’ and enter your contact's Kyndryl email address." That's application instruction; we should remove it. Also "Being You" section about diversity; we might keep as part of "About the role" or maybe as a separate section? Not a standard heading; we could incorporate into "About the role" or "Requirements"? Probably treat as part of "About the role" (company culture). We'll include that content under About the role. We need to preserve all substantive info, so we need to include the diversity statement. We must not create sections like "Being You" as heading; we can embed within About the role. Now, let's extract content. Original text: Who We Are At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. Who You Are You are a strategic field marketer with strong business acumen, a growth mindset, and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You are proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You can connect dots across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Advisors, Consult, Industry, and executive stakeholders, translating market signals and account intelligence into practical actions that help teams open doors and create momentum. You are customer-focused, data-informed, and collaborative. You care about building trust, creating relevance, and helping Kyndryl show up differently with clients who may not yet know us well. At Kyndryl, we invest heavily in you, we want you to succeed so that together, we will all succeed. Get Referred! ... (remove) Now we need to map to sections. Section headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which content goes where. About the role: Could include "Who We Are" and "The Role" description, plus maybe "Being You" (culture). Also maybe the vaccination policy? Could be part of About the role or maybe under Requirements? Probably better to put vaccination policy under "About the role" as additional info about working conditions. Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities". Requirements: Could be the "Who You Are" (desired traits) plus maybe "Who You Are Required Qualifications"? Actually "Who You Are Required Qualifications" is a heading in the original; we could treat that as Requirements. The "Who You Are" paragraph before that is more about personal attributes; could be under Skills or Requirements. We'll decide. Qualifications: Could split into Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. But we have only one Qualifications heading allowed. We could combine both required and preferred under Qualifications, maybe using subheadings? Not allowed; only

for section headings. We could have two sections: Requirements and Qualifications. Use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred qualifications? Or vice versa. Let's map: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (the list after "Who You Are Required Qualifications"). - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (the list after "Prefered Qualifications"). Skills: Could be the "Who You Are" paragraph (traits) plus maybe the skill-based items from Preferred Qualifications like data, insights, AI tools, etc. But we already used Preferred Qualifications for Qualifications section. Maybe we put skills under Skills: include abilities like strategic field marketer, business acumen, growth mindset, ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes, proactive, curious, comfortable in ambiguity, connect dots across stakeholders, customer-focused, data-informed, collaborative, building trust, creating relevance, etc. Also include ability to use data, insights, AI tools, agents, account intelligence (though that is in preferred). We'll need to avoid duplication but we can include. Benefits: "What You Can Expect" includes benefits, learning programs, volunteering, etc. Pay: not present -> omit. Schedule: not present -> omit. Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. We must not omit any detail from the original (except boilerplate and application instructions). So we need to include all details from Who We Are, The Role, Key Responsibilities, Who You Are (traits), vaccination policy, Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Being You (diversity), What You Can Expect. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail
