Field Marketing & Sales Specialist
Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven initiatives to increase enrollment. Develops and builds strong relationships with key growth partners, including health plans, brokers, and community-based organizations. Collaborate with key internal partners to support membership growth and customer service. Supervises the field-based Marketing team to successfully meet/exceed production goals. Provides training, shadowing, mentoring, and monitoring of staff activities. Models and teaches best practices to assist with team development and goal attainment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the related field instead of a degree.
- Active CA Insurance Health/Life License preferred.
- Five or more years of health care, managed care, or related marketing experience.
- Health Care background preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Compensation
$68,640.00 - $85,800.00 annually
