Field Marketing Representative | Base Pay Uncapped Commission

This is a full-time, face-to-face field marketing position where you'll represent DC Pines in local neighborhoods, connect directly with homeowners, and create opportunities for our roofing and window teams.

About the role

This is a door-to-door field marketing role where you'll spend your workday in Houston-area neighborhoods representing DC Pines and connecting directly with homeowners. You'll learn how to start conversations, identify homes that may benefit from roofing or window inspections, and schedule qualified homeowners for inspections with our team. If you're naturally social, competitive, persuasive, or enjoy striking up conversations, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with homeowners at their door
• Identify homes that may benefit from a roofing or window inspection
• Introduce homeowners to DC Pines and what we offer
• Use our proven communication system to generate interest
• Schedule qualified homeowners for inspections with our team
• Handle common questions and objections confidently
• Track your activity and results

Requirements

Previous experience in field marketing, canvassing, customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, or other people-facing roles is helpful, but not required.

Pay

Base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. During training, you'll receive transitional compensation of $1,600/month base pay plus commission, with an average total weekly earnings of around $1,400.

Training

You'll begin with a 12-week paid training program designed to build your skills and confidence in the field. Training includes:
