Job Summary
The Restaurant Store seeks Field Marketers to support store sales and customer outreach in District Heights and surrounding areas in Maryland. As a salaried role, Field Marketers are responsible for communicating the advantages of shopping with The Restaurant Stores, traveling to businesses to increase sales, and developing new customer relationships.Job Location

- Traveling to businesses within the local market to increase sales with current customers and develop new relationships
- Calling or conducting video/virtual meetings with prospective customers to discuss their product needs and build rapport
- Using Office 365 tools and iOS devices
- Understanding the product line and private label products
- Communicating with the Sales team to ensure lead follow-through
- Communicating with Branch management about customer updates
- Reporting pertinent information to TRS marketing department
- Planning and executing marketing and sales programs
- Researching and communicating competitor information
- Navigating TRS.com to assist customers with online account setup and quick pick lists
Physical Requirements
- Standing and/or walking up to 9 hours per day
- Able to communicate using speech, vision, and hearing
- Able to grasp and manipulate objects with hands
- Able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach
- Able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2+ years experience in food service equipment sales or relevant hospitality experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office/O365 platforms
