About the role

Universal Windows Direct is seeking Field Marketers (Events) to join the largest growing event team in home improvement. This part-time role offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income, build their resume, or find a fun, engaging way to earn money on weekdays, evenings, or weekends.

Pay

$17–20 per hour, plus bonuses.

Schedule

Part-time, with expected hours of 20–30 per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
• Demonstrate a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Ensure consistent reliability and availability.
• Display professional time management.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
• Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
