Job Summary

Universal Windows Direct is seeking a Field Marketer (Events) to join our dynamic team. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17-20 per hour plus a bonus, with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects while at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Consistently reliable and available
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• A self-motivated and competitive spirit
• An aggressive and consistent prospect engagement ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation
• The ability to work weekends
• The ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• The ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours and walk for 4 - 8 hours
• A willingness to travel 10%
