About the role

Great Day Improvement is seeking a Field Marketer (Events) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a flexible schedule with expected hours ranging from 20 to 30 per week.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential homeowners at various events such as home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
• Display a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay updated with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Be consistent in reliability and availability.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Aid in booth setup and breakdown.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self-motivated and competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours and walk for 4 - 8 hours.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $17-20 per hour, plus a bonus. There is also an opportunity for advancement within the company.
