Field Marketing - Contractor

About the role
We're looking for someone to join iSpot's Field Marketing team! You'll help bring our brand to life through industry events, customer experiences, and strategic partnerships. From flagship conferences and executive dinners to webinars and partner activations, you'll support the execution of programs that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships while working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
This is a part-time contract role requiring 24 hours per week. The initial term is 4 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the iSpot events folder structure, ensuring new events, partnerships, and related assets and deliverables are properly filed and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute event promotion plans, including drafting social media, email, and website copy in coordination with creative design assets.
- Create post-event recaps for internal teams and stakeholders, including follow-up outreach plans and sales enablement materials such as email sequences and copy.
- Support the creation of event marketing materials using Canva, including banners, header images, and invitations.
- Manage and update Splash pages for iSpot-hosted events, ensuring accurate event information, speaker details, and branded design elements.
- Manage vendor and partner contracts in Tropic, including coordination of approvals and signatures to meet payment and production deadlines.
- Support logistics for vendor and partner engagements, including completion of intake forms, credit card authorizations, and spec sheet coordination.
- Compile bi-weekly Field Marketing updates for distribution to cross-functional teams, highlighting recent and upcoming events, press coverage, and relevant industry news.
- Maintain up-to-date event calendars, including the FM Calendar, Marketing Calendar, and other shared planning tools.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with event management platforms such as Splash or similar tools.
- Experience with marketing and project management platforms (Jira, Smartsheet).
- Experience with design platforms (Canva).
Pay
Target cash compensation range: $55/hour.
We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Work Arrangement
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or fully remote. A hybrid work schedule indicates working in the office some days and from home other days.
- Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week.
- Those in a role not office-based and located further away from our offices will work a fully remote schedule.
