Field Marketing Associate / Canvasser - NB

Job Responsibilities

• Making initial contact with clients and building a rapport
• Canvassing neighborhoods to talk with customers about their needs and vision
• Attending home shows, fairs, and other outdoor living events to connect with homeowners
• Efficiently utilizing company technology platforms using a tablet and necessary software

• Candidate must be able to work weekends

• Be 18 years+ with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Be able to be on your feet throughout most of the day
• Be friendly and outgoing with good verbal communication skills
• Be able to work weekends and special events

About the Role

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we're looking for individuals to join our award-winning team. As an integral part of System Pavers, your primary responsibility will be to bring the System Pavers brand to life. You'll connect with residential homeowners to schedule a free estimate/appointment with one of our Design Consultants who will create an Outdoor Living System Design based on their lifestyle needs.

Benefits

• Average FMA makes $60,000/year
• Hourly pay rate of $22/hour
• $250 commission on each closed sale
• Paid training

Base hourly pay is $22/hour

Schedule

32-40 hour work week
