Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator

We're seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events, manage social media channels, develop marketing collateral, and partner with campus organizations.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and execute interactive engagement events like Pop Ups, holiday celebrations, theme meals, and vendor spotlights
• Manage and monitor social media channels, creating compelling, informative, inclusive, and entertaining content
• Create physical and digital marketing collateral and communication pieces consistent with brand standards, and manage corporate graphic design requests
• Partner with management team to draft and execute an annual Business & Marketing Plan addressing key operational, partnership, and revenue growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year marketing experience or internship experience
• Strong communication skills, including written or verbal, with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in creating, posting, sharing, and managing social media content to boost brand presence and engagement
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated urgency and responsiveness to requests
