About the role

Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with vacationers, resort guests, and local visitors
• Introduce guests to Capital Vacations and our vacation ownership programs
• Generate qualified tours and appointments
• Build rapport and create excitement around the vacation ownership experience
• Meet and exceed weekly performance goals

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
