Schedule

Full-time work schedule with year-round, reliable, and ongoing opportunities (no part-time hours).

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify roof replacement needs
• Engage homeowners face-to-face about Erie Home and our top-of-the-line products
• Schedule homeowners for free, no-obligation estimates
• Work toward weekly personal and team goals and bonuses

• Outgoing and confident individuals who aren’t afraid to initiate conversations with homeowners
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Demonstrates resilience and maintains a positive attitude
• Takes initiative, sets personal goals, and works consistently toward achieving them
