Job Description

Pest Control Field Manager: As a Field Manager at Mira Home, you will lead your team in delivering top-tier pest management solutions that ensure our customers can trust us to handle their pest control needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Capable of Leading and Motivating Teams
• Proficient in Pest Control Practices and Regulations
• Demonstrated Experience in Pest Control Management
• Valid Driver’s License and State Certification (Kentucky Preferred)
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Able to Perform Physical Tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 Years of Management Experience
• 3 Years of Pest Control Experience
• Driver’s License
• State Certification in Pest Control (Kentucky Preferred)

Pay

Starting Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 DOE. Additional Earning Opportunities: Commission Incentives.
