About the role
The Field Manager (FTR Supervisor) position is located at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. This is a grant-funded full-time position within the CMO - UBA department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations for new families
- Oversight of referrals to mental health and substance abuse programs
- Meeting with families as needed
- Conducting individual supervision and providing direct clinical training for case planners
- Reviewing case planner documentation to ensure compliance with ACS requirements
- Participating in training, supervision, and consultation activities
Requirements
- M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field (Master’s degree required)
- Licensed or Limited Permit Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with families, interfacing with child welfare services, evaluating mental health and/or substance use concerns, providing comprehensive assessments, and strong managerial and organizational skills
- Spanish-speaking a plus
Qualifications
- Evening and/or weekend availability
- Ability to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage
