About the role

Chipotle is growing fast – we’re opening a restaurant every two days and we need excellent leaders to grow with us! Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations, understanding the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. Responsibilities

• Manage profit & loss, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing for multiple locations
• Foster and ensure a food-safety-first culture
• Develop and lead teams through coaching and mentorship
• Maintain a laser-like focus on the guest experience
• Train and validate employees on key operational elements
• Jump in and assist teams as a hands-on leader when needed

Requirements

• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with strong business acumen
• Passion for team development and leading through others

Pay

Base pay range: $85,000.00–$122,500.00. Eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance.
