Field Lead – Welding & Machining

About the role

Pro Line Machining is seeking an experienced Field Lead to oversee welding and machining projects in the mining industry. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can help keep field projects organized, maintain a safe and clean jobsite, and work alongside our crews to get the job done. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various welding and machining projects in the mining industry
• Accurately complete required safety documentation and time cards
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of field projects
• Help ensure projects remain organized and on track
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
• Ensure compliance with MSHA requirements and company safety standards
• Travel to various customer and project locations
• Work long days and rotating shifts as project schedules require
• Communicate effectively with crews, customers, and management

Pay
