Field Lead Signage Installer

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of signage installers, providing clear direction and support throughout each project
• Plan daily installation schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely completion of all signage installations
• Use specialized tools and equipment to securely install various types of signage, including digital displays, banners, and static signs
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation methods and ensure safety compliance at all times
• Utilize measurement tools such as the ohmmeter to verify electrical connections and troubleshoot wiring issues when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of installation progress, site conditions, and safety inspections
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to confirm specifications and address any on-site challenges promptly

Experience

• Prior experience in signage installation or related fieldwork is highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices such as the ohmmeter
• Able to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions with precision
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards related to signage installation is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
• Physical stamina to lift heavy signage materials, work at heights, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
