Field Lead Security Officer

About the role

We are currently seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Blue+ Level Skiers to join our Resort team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skiing and eager to share their expertise with guests.

Responsibilities

• Teach intermediate and advanced skiers techniques and safety procedures.
• Provide personalized instruction based on individual skill levels and goals.
• Ensure all guests follow safety guidelines and have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Blue+ Level Skier.
• Experience teaching skiing at a similar level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for skiing and sharing that passion with others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of ski instructor experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Effective communication and teaching abilities.
