Job Description Summary
80% TRAVEL REQUIRED within US-2 to 3 weeks on a job site-followed by 1 week off (home)
Must be at least 21 years old
Must have a valid Drivers License
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check and Motor Vehicle Check (Position Drives Company F350)
Must be able to lifts 50 + pounds working out doors

Are you ready to build massive structures and see the country while you’re at it? We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our traveling crew.
- Responsible for timely installation of tents as well as safe use of tents and related equipment.
- Responsible for installation, takedown, repairs of fabric structures along with the loading and unloading of equipment supply trucks.
What You’ll Do
- Build the Big Stuff: Assemble and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework.
- Master the Machinery: Get certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets.
- Team Up: Work closely with a Field Supervisor to transform empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.

Requirements
- Education & Experience: Must be willing to Travel for work
Must have a current, valid, Driver's license and ability to pass a MVR with safe driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old for company driving.
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug test and background check.
Must have basic Hand and Power Tool experience.
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift 50 plus pounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic mathematic skills
Construction experience-Preferred
TWIC Card not required but a Plus
Certifications on the Job
- Tenting 101 – The Basics of Temporary Structures (Provided in house, not by a third party)
- General Construction Site Safety – OSHA Basic Plus
- Federal Background Check – TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- OSHA Operators Training on All-Terrain – forklifts, platforms (man lift, scissor lift directly) – Sunbelt, United
Pay Range
Base Pay Range: $18.99 - 27.30
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Length of Service Awards
