Field Inspector - Exterior Restorations and Insurance Claims Specialist

About the role

Responsible for inspecting properties for exterior restoration and insurance claims. Conduct thorough assessments, document findings, and collaborate with clients and insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for damage caused by weather events and natural disasters
• Document findings in detail and prepare reports
• Communicate with clients to explain inspection results and next steps
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate claims processing
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in property inspections or construction management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with insurance claim documentation and processing

Skills

• Proficient in using digital imaging software
