Field Inspector - Contractor

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection for all heavy equipment and trucks using the iInspector application.
• Use iInspector application to collect information and capture quality images for various equipment and inspection types.
• Proficient equipment operator experience, comprehensive understanding of common and specialized equipment types, and professional communication skills with sales staff and external customers.
• Prioritize workflow in a team environment with Inspection Liaisons & other regional inspectors.
• Lead onsite coordination for large remote sales and mentor junior-level inspectors.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Accreditations to support industry-specific experience are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in related equipment industry environment.

Qualifications

• Navigate unique equipment types to select proper inspection checklists that drive content accuracy.
• Make equipment condition assessments and provide thorough information to best describe equipment conditions.
• Communicate and resolve equipment identification and readiness issues.
• Navigate and resolve technical concerns related to the iInspector app and inspection content processing.
• Organize daily tasks in a manner that drives effective sale processing for heavy equipment and trucks.
