About the role
The Field Inspector will conduct HOA covenant, interior unit, and common area inspections, document findings, and prepare detailed reports supporting Board decisions, ensuring compliance with community standards, and protecting property values.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HOA covenant, interior unit, and common area inspections
- Document findings in a detailed manner
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports
- Support Board decisions with findings and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with community standards
- Protect property values
- Travel between multiple communities as needed
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule
Office-based with regular travel to communities throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
