Field Hockey Coaches

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing young athletes' skills and passion for field hockey. We are seeking experienced coaches who can inspire and mentor players.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to player needs and skill levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to improve player performance.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Attend weekly coaching meetings to discuss strategies and progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of field hockey rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
