Field Hockey Assistant Coach

About the role

The Field Hockey Assistant Coach at Brandon Middle School will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions
• Support the Head Coach in recruiting and retaining players
• Work with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs
• Attend and participate in team meetings and practices
• Manage equipment and facilities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the middle school level
• Experience with age-appropriate physical education and sports
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents

• Knowledge of field hockey rules and regulations
