Responsibilities
- Construction monitoring and testing of soil, concrete, and other materials
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- B.S. in Geology, but not required
- Certificates such as NICET, ACI, WACEL, PDOT a plus
- Own a Reliable Vehicle and have a Good Driving Record
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Able to work alone as well as in a group
Qualifications
- Experience is preferred, but entry level candidates will be considered and provided training
Skills
- Ability to use hands to handle, finger or feel
- Reach, climb or balance
- Crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel and sit
- See and smell including close, distance and peripheral vision, depth vision and ability to focus
- Regularly lift and/or move 60 pounds; and occasionally move 80 pounds or more (such as a loaded wheelbarrow of concrete or soil samples)
