Responsibilities As a Field Foreman, you are responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. In addition, you will: Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crewOversee the daily operations and complete Quality Assurance duties at assigned sitesMaintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crewImplement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership Compile all site-specific updates and closeout documentation for your work effortUpload closeout documentation to customer interfacesCoordinate with leadership and both in-house and sub contracting crews for site-related activities and maintain communication and good working relationshipProvide leadership, guidance, and actively train/promote learning to all crew membersAlways maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditionValidate daily timesheets for ManagementConduct other duties as assigned Qualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day to dayYou have a track record of completing work with a high level of qualityYou have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your workYou are looking for long-term projectsYou enjoy getting your hands dirty with your teamYou have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree preferredYou have at least 5 years of industry experience Possess a WSA certification is a plusMust be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record to operate a company vehicleYou have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledgeYou possess job-related certifications-First Aid, Safety, RescueYou have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipmentYou must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOWYou must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and capable of working up to 12 hoursYou have the ability to identify and distinguish colorsYou possess 10+ years of experienceYou have possession of OSHA 10You have excavator training Hard work pays off.
