This is a field-based, driving position in Richmond, Virginia. A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.

About the Role

The Celsius Field Execution Representative will serve as a brand ambassador across distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. This role focuses on marketing Celsius products through new floor displays, signage, and demos while ensuring proper shelf space management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly flexible, and brings creativity to relationship-building and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives.
• Call on target accounts and communicate sales leads to the territory manager.
• Sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placements in stores.
• Expand product distribution as approved by store managers.
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand guidelines.
• Rotate backstock and place point-of-sale materials as approved.
• Participate in new store openings and store resets.
• Take and submit weekly photos with reporting documents.
• Conduct demos upon request.
• Maintain an organized list of target/key accounts for weekly/monthly planning.
• Communicate with territory, district, and regional managers as needed.
• Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them in the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage, and other assigned documentation.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising (prior merchandising experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work flexible hours, 40 hours per week (Wednesday–Sunday).
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Excellent driving record and valid U.S. driver’s license; personal vehicle required (allowance provided).
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask in a fast-paced industry.
• Must live within the assigned county area.

Pay

$25/hour + overtime as needed.

Schedule

Monday–Friday during training; Wednesday–Sunday thereafter.
