About the role
NIGHTWING is seeking Field Engineers to provide close-access technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations around the globe. As a member of an elite team of personnel, you will be providing support to operations that have the highest impact to National Security. Personnel may be required to carry weapons for defensive purposes. Customer specific training is required and will be provided to ensure successful deployments, to include weapons training. Weapons certification not required for hire but must be willing and capable of becoming certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide close-access technical SIGINT collection in support of customer operations around the globe.
- Support operations that have the highest impact to National Security.
- May be required to carry weapons for defensive purposes.
- Customer specific training is required and will be provided to ensure successful deployments, to include weapons training.
- Weapons certification not required for hire but must be willing and capable of becoming certified.
- Willing to travel OCONUS roughly 25% - 50%.
- Self-starter and able to work as part of a small team.
Requirements
- Minimum TS SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Extensive experience with SIGINT collection operations
- Strong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment
- Either a military background or equivalent with service in a war zone
- Background in tactical air or ground SIGINT, collection, analysis, training
- Background in SIGINT collection, Direction Finding, and Geolocation
- Background in SIGINT equipment installation
- 3 or more years in military special operations
Desired Skills
- Special operations experience such as Radio Reconnaissance, SOT-A, Force Reconnaissance, etc.
- Background in tactical air or ground SIGINT, collection, analysis, training
- Background in SIGINT collection, Direction Finding, and Geolocation
- Background in SIGINT equipment installation
- 3 or more years in military special operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and eight (8) years relevant experience
- Military background or equivalent operations experience can be applied in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph from day one of employment and be crossover eligible
- Previously part of a leading Fortune 100 company and headquartered in Dulles, VA
- Four decades of providing technically advanced full-spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence support services to the U.S. government on its most important missions
