Field Engineer Technician - Associate
Gains familiarity with Field Engineering practices and procedures.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing desktops, laptops and monitors and associated software and peripherals
- Aiding with maintenance on products and devices
- Performing low-complexity installs, moves, adds and changes on various equipment and devices
- Aiding with network, server, device and application testing and certification
Ensures client satisfaction throughout service delivery transactions. Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system. Follows specific procedures outlined and completes certification requirements. Assists with special projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Generally, less than 1 years’ experience in area of responsibility
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
