About The Role

NXC Imaging is seeking a Mid-Level Field Service Engineer (FE) based in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. The FE will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and performing preventative maintenance on diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This is a field-based position.

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary degree or certificate in electronic technology or equivalent training.
• Minimum of three years work experience, preferably in digital imaging field or experience in a specific modality.
• Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred, experience with CT a plus.

Skills

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrated ability in the use of hand and power tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment, willing to travel overnight as needed, and available for calls during off-hours.

Abilities

• Perform specialized or technical work with unclear guidelines.
• Work analytically and involve, requiring judgment where policies and methods are not well-established.
• Ability to independently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay

The Pay Range For This Role Is 29 - 40 USD per hour (Minneapolis, MN).
