About the role

Field Engineers support the identification of quality issues and assist with hands-on root cause analysis, supporting OEM Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to dealer technicians and ensure resolution of product technical issues.
• Document findings of each mission and the corrective actions taken.
• Report any shortfalls identified during the mission to the OEM enterprise.

Requirements

• 5 years of automotive experience required, plus Master Technician Certification or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of teaching experience.
• Ability to travel to dealerships within a designated area.
• Ability to communicate technical information to all levels within both the client and dealerships.
• Ability to analyze data and create custom reports.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other customized software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a progressive workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, adaptive, and autonomous with a results-driven mindset.
