Field Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations for semiconductor construction and engineering projects.
• Cook with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Track work progress, field issues, schedules, manpower updates, and project milestones.
• Aid in reviewing drawings, specifications, installation requirements, and field documentation.
• Assist with inspections, walkdowns, material verification, installation checks, and quality follow-up.
• Identify field issues early and coordinate corrective action with project teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, meeting notes, logs, and project records.
• Communicate project updates clearly between field teams, office teams, vendors, and management.
• Support safety and quality expectations on active job sites.
• Aid in turnover documentation, punch list follow-up, and closeout activities as needed.
• Perform additional field engineering and project support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of field engineering, project engineering, construction coordination, site supervision, or related experience preferred.
• Senior-level candidates should bring stronger field leadership, technical coordination, or project execution experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, MEP, piping, welding, mechanical, electrical, industrial construction, or high-tech facility projects preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working full-time on active construction sites.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple field priorities at once.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
• Mandarin-English bilingual ability strongly preferred for select openings.

Pay

$60,000–$70,000 DOE

Schedule

Monday–Friday | Full-Time, subject to project needs
