We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Engineer - Level 4 to join our dynamic team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary technical interface to the customer, working on a small, on-site team within the customer facility.
- Administer and maintain VMware environments, including provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of virtualized resources.
- Perform Windows Server and workstation administration, including patching, configuration, and health monitoring.
- Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory services, including user, group, and policy management.
- Install, integrate, and troubleshoot software baselines, including the Minotaur baseline, in an operational environment.
- Independently diagnose and resolve system, network, and application issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
- Experience working in a customer facility on a small team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience as a primary customer interface.
- VMware administration experience.
- Windows Server and workstation administration experience.
- Windows Active Directory administration experience.
- Software installation and integration experience.
- Software troubleshooting experience.
- Working knowledge of Installation/Integration Minotaur baseline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kubernetes troubleshooting experience.
- Experience deploying and maintaining systems within DoD secure environments.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining cyber tools.
- Encryption device management and troubleshooting.
- Network device (Router, Switch, Firewall) management and troubleshooting.
- Full Scope clearance or SAP clearance.
Pay
The primary salary range for this position is $112,200.00 - $168,200.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
