Field Engineer 4

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19146
Duration: 8+ months with possible extensions
Weekly mileage: 250–350 (reimbursed for work-related travel; candidates are not paid for commuting to/from home).

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area, including replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
• Perform whole-unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
• Close service tickets in real time using the Client Call Management system on a company-provided phone.

Requirements

• Own reliable car and valid car insurance.
• 1+ years of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience.
• Computer-building background preferred.
• General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including basic Microsoft applications.
• Ability to resolve basic, non-complex problems as directed.
